This highly interactive session will explore how creating a culture of inclusion can enable everyone to contribute to developing the best & most innovative solutions for countering VUCA – ‘The Power of Inclusion’.
We’ll explore some of the barriers to inclusion, including unconscious bias, which affects us all & how we value the opinions & ideas of others. We’ll address how to build an inclusive culture that powerfully delivers the benefits. First, we’ll examine how a lack of interactive effectiveness is a critical barrier to: consciousness; inclusion; innovative problem solving; great teamwork. Then we’ll look at how to be interactively effective. This involves active listening & exploring differing ideas & points of view, checking understanding & building on others\’ suggestions.
