Vivacity is delighted to announce the details of our next Diversity event supporting and raising awareness of Diversity in the workplace. Our last event in July was a huge success with 26 city professionals attending from across a number of major organisations (see below for full details).
We are hosting the next event on the evening of Thursday 6th October in the Private Dining room of what is highly regarded as one of the leading restaurants in the square mile, right opposite The Bank of England and a short walk from Bank station. Green’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar was previously Lloyd’s Bank’s Global HQ and retains many of it’s historical features. It provides the perfect setting for the evening.
This is an exclusive and invitation only event for senior business managers in Financial Services, Technology, Risk and Compliance. We are also joined by Diversity & Inclusion and HR Professionals with an interest in learning about current evidence supporting the ‘business case’ for diversity. We are keen to dispell misconceptions about diversity and encourage debate and meaningful change utilising business cases, statistical evidence and current research.

Shahid is a well known Diversity professional working at the Greater London Authority’s Diversity Works for London programme which is a Mayoral programme that encourages and supports businesses to realise the benefits of London?s diversity. Shahid will speak around his personal experiences as well as: the common misconceptions around diversity, current research around Return On Investment (ROI) of Diversity initiatives and how Diversity ultimately adds to profitability in business amongst other favourable business improvements.
STEVEN D’SOUZA- Executive Fellow at IE Business School
Steven was previously Merrill Lynch Wealth Management’s Head of Diversity and now works internationally as a consultant, speaker and coach in the areas of leadership, organisational development, diversity, networking and social capital.
