Harinder Singh serves as the Co-founder and the Chief Programming Officer of the Sikh Research Institute where he focuses on education as a fulcrum for social change. He is also the co-founder of Panjab Digital Library, the largest online repository of Panjab-related manuscripts, books, periodicals, newspapers and magazines in the world.
