Shakti Dance and Kundalini Yoga Workshop to cultivate Gratitude
There will be 1 hour of Kundalini yoga with a trainee teacher, followed by 2 hours of Shakti Dance with me.? The theme is ‘Gratitude’.? Turning our attention from what is wrong or missing in our lives can be a really challenging task.? The intention of this workshop is to move beyond?whatever is blocking our ability to feel joy and peace, so that we can really?experience being alive and connected to the universal consciousness.
