This year?s Mayor’s Carol Service at Southwark Cathedral will focus on volunteering and the young people who have made a positive contribution to their local communities.
City Year London volunteers aged 18-25 have been invited to the service to give readings, while volunteer choirs, The Choir of St Luke?s, Chelsea and the London Ambulance Service?s choir The LA singers will perform.
City Year London?s corps members are full-time volunteers in schools and communities? and come from a wide range of backgrounds.? As mentors and role models? they give pupils academic, emotional and social support and lead projects in their local communities. City Year London is not a religiously affiliated charity.

Entry is free and doors open at 5.30pm. Seats will be allocated on a first come basis and cannot be reserved.
