International Paralympic Day

The fifth International Paralympic Day will take place in Trafalgar Square on Thursday 8 September. Visitors to the Square will be able to find out about the 20 Paralympic sports in the London 2012 Games with a series of exhibition matches and the opportunity to ‘have a go’ themselves, as well as meeting international and British athletes.
This event, the first to be staged by the International Paralympic Committee outside Germany, is open to all to attend offering a celebration of the Paralympic Games prior to tickets going on sale on 9 September.
