Helping the Homeless

The Saint Vincent de Paul Society, a Christian charity, which aims to provide direct practical assistance to everyone in need, are creating a series of one-off opportunities for volunteering, with the hope that people from all religions will come together to help the vulnerable. Below is the text for the event:
\”We will help with the weekly soup run, and with distributing “Vinnie packs”, which contain hat, gloves, socks, toiletries and a thermal blanket.\”
