This annual workshop marking the birthday of Guru Gobind Singh (the 10th Sikh Guru) will explore the Guru (teacher) / Chela (disciple) relationship through kundalini yoga. Guru Gobind Singh embodied the concept of ?Aape Guru Chela?, the master and disciple are One.
The Piscean age was organised in a vertical, up and down structure of hierarchies, the keys to life were secret and hidden and controlled by a few. So it was essential to find a teacher or guide outside of yourself.
The Aquarian Age is organised in a horizontal network, opening the world up to Oneness / Ik-Oankaar, ?recognise that the other person is you?. It is no longer necessary to attach yourself to something outside yourself, but to become a leader of one: yourself. This horizontal network is the Guru/Chela relationship that we will explore.
