The School of Etiquette is launching an Executive Etiquette course for men and women who expect to be client-facing, dealing with high-ranking executives or attending formal social functions.
The course will be hosted on Saturday 25th February 2012 at the prestigious London venue, the Oxford and Cambridge Club. The course will cover the following areas:
– Hosting a meeting at your office – how to make sure it goes smoothly
– Attending a lunch as a guest – make sure your host is glad you attended
– Hosting – how to make your guests feel comfortable and achieve your objectives
– Sartorial matters – looking the part (and hence feeling the part)
– An Executive lunch – guide to table manners
– Formal Events – effortlessly rub shoulders with the elite
– Technology etiquette – conveying your message politely through e-mail
The trainer is Ian Daniell, who, after commanding a regiment in the British Army, rose within the area of Interim Management to become the chairman of the Interim Management Association (being awarded the first professional doctorate in this discipline). He is also a Past Master of a City Livery Company and has extensive experience in training young executives.
The cost of the course is ?250, which includes a full-day’s seminar, include a formal lunch and 3 months ongoing support from the trainer.
