“Spiritual Inspirations in the City” is an evening of short inspirational talks and a panel discussion given given by spiritual personalities from diverse backgrounds. We invite you to join us to listen, ask questions , be inspired and enjoy networking opportunities over drinks and canapés.

(1) Uttrang Kaur Khalsa – is a devoted Sikh and worshiper of the Akali ! She is dedicated to learning, translating and sharing Sikhism, by grace in the most inspiring, accurate and poetic way. A lover of Laanger – Holy Food is medicine ! She is currently transcribing a healing recipe book. She loves yoga, a union of all in every movement in time. She loves all music especially Guru Gobind Singh’s Dilruba and serenades to be that harmonious heart liberating instrument of peace !
(2) Rajinder Sawhney – Rajinder is a Fibre Network Planner for Virgin Media and along with his wife they also have their own company, he has a Combined Science degree and is also MCSE qualified. When he donated Bone Marrow to an unrelated patient almost a decade ago via the Anthony Nolan Trust, he was informed that he was the first Sikh to do so. He is a Qualified Kundalini yoga teacher and Life Coach He is a presenter and producer of the Ek Conscious Show on Sikh Channel and is currently filming a Yoga show with a Co Host to promote healthy living and exercise. He enjoys studying the ancient warrior art of Shastar Vidiya , Learning about the history and spirituality of Sikhi and networking with people in general.
(3) Fateh Singh – is a BACP accredited counsellor, Hanmi Buddhist Chaplain/Teacher, Mindfulness and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. His personal journey in self discovery started in a big way over 15 years ago as a trainee counsellor struggling with plenty of his own issues. He studied various therapeutic approaches and then in 2002 stumbled on Kundalini Yoga – a mindblowing experience! This technology changed his life around 360°. He loved this form of yoga, but it wasn’t his ‘spiritual home’. He continued searching out new teachers and practices (including Mindfulness), until one day, his spiritual teacher Zen and Esoteric Master Dechan Jueren, found him. Now he just wants to share as many of these life changing processes with as many people as he can.
