?One 4 the Heart? Evening
The 4th Sunday Meditation Evenings continue with much success, thanks in great part to Raghurai Singh who organises this and also due to the quality of the teachers who come in and lead these evenings.? It is a two and a half hour Kundalini Yoga and meditation session on the theme of the?4th chakra ? the heart.
