A weekly simran and discussion, held on Tuesday lunchtimes.
The program consists of a 30 minute simran, followed by a 15 minute discussion. Currently, we are discussing Japji Sahib ji, pauri by pauri.
Please bring soemthing to cover your head in the simran.
